HealthCheck360o is a wellness program that integrates self-reported health risk assessment data with an onsite wellness exam to give participant and employer an objective view of existing and projected risks. Our program meets the needs of any client. We have experience with small and large employers, multi-location, office environments, and manufactoring. Our program is extremely flexible and can be offered in English or Spanish and on or offline. We even have tools available to assist in scheudling your employees. HealthCheck360o has been designed to report individual results back to the participant within one week of the screening date. The employer receives aggregate data within one month of the event. This allows the group to capitalize on the momentum of the event and encourages personal change. HealthCheck360o increases employee awareness of personal health risk factors for making appropriate lifestyle changes. The employee receives a confidential, individualized report linking lifestyle choices to risk factors. HealthCheck360o Health Coaching provides effective follow-up intervention through one-on-one coaching to ensure healthy change in high-risk participants. Our wellness program is integrated with HIPAA compliant incentives to maximize participation and accountabiltiy. |
