Automatically reward users for specific activities and erase the manual approvals.
A Lifestyle Reward (LSR) is an earned number of dollars or credits for an activity. When a participant logs a certain number of activities, for instance, they become eligible for a pre-set reward. Once eligible, the administrator must review and approve each LSR submission.
Well, good news! We have several automated rewards that can be setup by the administrator that will be approved immediately if all qualifications are met.

Activity & Exercise
You can set rewards for number of submissions, total activity minutes, or a combination of the two. You can also set the period (daily, weekly, or monthly) in which the reward can be received. There are plenty are possibilities with this so you'll find these examples in the following video:
- 30 minutes of activity, 1 time per week
- 30 minutes of activity, 3 times per week
- 90 minutes per week
Similar to minutes of activity, sleep can be rewarded for number of submissions, number of hours slept, or a combination of the two. Here are a few examples:
- 8 hours of sleep per day
- 7 hours of sleep, 3 times per week
Nutrition is focused on the number of submissions. Automatic nutrition rewards can be set to number of submissions per day, week, or month. Here are a few examples:
- 3 submissions per day
- 5 submissions per week
You can set rewards for total step count, number of submissions, or a combination of the two. Again, each reward will have a specific duration of daily, weekly, or monthly. A few examples:
- 10,000 steps per day
- 8,000 steps in a day, 3 times per week
