What items are on my to-do and what do they mean? 

Your to-do list is a list of program activities to complete. Each activity will be categorized as one of the following: 

  • Required Activity - this is an activity required to complete in order to earn your program's incentive. 
  • Recommended Action - this activity is not required but recommended to complete. 
  • Platform Activity - this activity helps complete your account to provide the best experience on the platform.

By each activity, you'll see how many points you can earn by completing the activity. There will be check mark by each activity you have completed. 

 

How do I see a complete list of activities?

You can see a complete list of available and completed activities from the "Program" icon on the bottom navigation bar. 

Scroll until you see "Completed" in order to view all activities you've completed so far. 

Some activities will automatically be awarded and others will need to be approved before you'll earn points. 

If your activity states "pending" this means the activity is waiting for approval.

 

How do I add activities to my to-do list? 

From the "Program" tab at the bottom of the navigation bar, you can view a list of available activities, available platform activities, and a list of completed activities. 

If you select an activity, you'll have the option to "Add to to-do's" and this activity will then appear on your to-do list on the homepage of your account.
