How do I track my sleep?

How to track sleep in your HealthCheck360 account

On the full website: 

  • Log in to
  • Click on “Track Health” on the left side of the page.
  • Click on "Sleep"


  • Enter the hours you slept
  • Click 'Log Sleep'

On the mobile app:

  • Log in on the mobile app
  • Click "More" at the bottom
  • Choose "Track Health"
  • Enter the number of hours on the line "Sleep (hours)"
  • Click +Add
