After updating their mobile app, users will be prompted to "allow" push notifications on their device. A complete step-by-step guide is available here.
They are app notifications only, appearing on the user's phone. A user must have the app downloaded and signed in to receive push notifications. The emails that users currently receive will continue.
Yes. In our app, users can access the More menu, My Account, and Notification Settings to turn on/off specific categories.
