How many push notifications are going live?

There are 23 new push notifications going live in the update! They include things like: 

  • Reminders to complete an outstanding survey
  • Reminders of upcoming coaching calls
  • Reminders to connect a supported device or app
  • Support on setting goals
  • Cheering on when users hit a goal streak like steps and nutrition
  • Updates on new friend requests
  • The latest blog posts
  • Challenge invitations and final standings
  • Notifications about critical values from annual screenings

How do users turn on the notifications?

After updating their mobile app, users will be prompted to "allow" push notifications on their device. A complete step-by-step guide is available here

 

Are the push notifications customizable?

The push notifications are not customizable by client at this time. They are, however, automatically tailored to your users. 

Will these be in-app push notifications only, or will users receive emails too?

They are app notifications only, appearing on the user's phone. A user must have the app downloaded and signed in to receive push notifications. The emails that users currently receive will continue. 

Can users choose which notifications to receive?

Yes. In our app, users can access the More menu, My Account, and Notification Settings to turn on/off specific categories.  

 

Can we tell who or how many users from our company have logged into the app?

No, not at this time. 

Can we see who received which notifications?

 No, not at this time.
