The My Company page is where participants can find links to their benefits guide, EAP resources, Wellness Program guide, Lifestyle Rewards activity table. It can also include upcoming dates and deadlines and promote company-wide events.
To access the My Company Page on Mobile App:
- Sign into MyHealthCheck360 Mobile App
- Select the menu icon (≡) in the upper left hand corner
- Select My Account
- Select My Company to find details about your company’s benefits, dates and deadlines to know, other wellness programming initiatives
To access My Company Page on Desktop Portal:
- Log into myhealthcheck360.com
- Click My Program
- Click My Company
