Because of privacy rights, we cannot see or reset your password, but you can reset your password by following these steps:
- On the login screen of the myCare360 mobile app or online at com, click on “Reset your password” link.
- Enter your personal information
- Company Code
- The last 4 of your social
- Click “Reset Password”
- Note that resetting your password on MyCare360 also updates your password on MyHealthCheck360
