How do I schedule a coaching call?
Have a question for a health coach? This article will walk you through how to get an appointment scheduled.
On the mobile app:
- Log in to your myHealthCheck360 account on the app
- Select the 3 lines in the top left corner
- Choose Talk to a Health Coach and follow the instructions
- Use the Calendar icon to choose a date shaded in green and choose a time that works best
- Provide the best phone number to reach you and select Confirm
On the website:
- Log in to your myHealthCheck360 account
- Click on Schedule a Call from the Coaching Call tile on your dashboard
- Confirm your info if prompted
- Select a date shaded in green and time slot options will appear. Choose a time that works best.
- Provide the best phone number to reach you and click Confirm
