How do I set goals?

To reflect an accurate calorie count for tracking, update your goals on myHealthCheck360!

  1. Select More.
  2. Choose Goals.
  3. Select + Weight & Calories
  4. Enter a Start Date, your Starting Weight and your Target Weight.*

*Tips:

  • If weight loss/gain is not your goal, you can put the same weight for Starting and Target.
  • If you do not have a Start Date, you can choose any date.
