How do I update my contact information?

You can update your contact information in your myHealthCheck360 so your Health Coach can contact you using your preferred contact information.

Make sure your profile is up to date with the correct contact information so your health coach can contact you for a coaching call.  To update your information:

1. Open your myHealthCheck360 app 
2. Once logged in, select the menu icon (≡) in the upper left hand corner 
3. Then, select My Account
4. Next, select Contact
5. Confirm or update your:
   1. Email address
   2. Primary phone number
   3. Secondary phone number (optional)
   4. Coaching phone number (optional)
   5. Address
6. Select Update at the bottom of your screen.

Website:

1. Go to www.myhealthcheck360.com using your internet browser.
2. Log into your profile
3. Click on your username and picture in the upper right
4. Select the Personal Info option in the drop-down menu
5. Confirm or update your:
   
   1. Email address
   2. Primary phone number
   3. Secondary phone number (optional)
   4. Coaching phone number (optional)
   5. Address
6. Click Update in the lower right corner.
