How to Connect a Device on myCare360

Follow the steps below to connect a device on myCare360

  1. Open up the myCare360 app 
  2. Select the settings icon in the upper right hand corner
  3. Select "Connect a Device" 
  4. Choose the device you wish to connect and select "Connect" (in blue font)
    1. If your device is not listed below and you are an Apple user you can check to see if your device will connect directly to Apple Health. If so, connect the device directly and then connect your myCare360 app to Apple Health and your information should sync up. 
  5. Follow additional instructions to connect 


Apple Users: If your device will connect to Apple Health, you can connect your Apple Health to your myCare360 app to pull over your information.


NOTE: As of 2/6/23 Android devices do not support Bluetooth connected devices directly with the myCare360 app. If you are an Android user you can manually track or sync your device through GoogleFit. 

**Note: User need iOS 12.0 or later OR Android version 10 and up
