How to set your goal prior to tracking activity?

On the mobile app:

· Log in to your myHealthCheck360 app

· Select More from the bottom navigation

· Select Goals

· Select Weight & Calories

· Enter a start date, your start date weight and target weight

· Click Next

· Select an intensity level

· Click Save

On the website:

· Log in to www.myhealthcheck360.com

· Select your username avatar in the top right

· Select Goals

· Enter a start date, your start date weight and target weight

· Click Save & Set Calorie Goal

· Select an intensity level

· Click Save
