How do I submit an activity?
- Select My Program to view available Activities, Challenges or Pathways along with a Program Overview.
- Choose an activity for additional detail, including if it requires submission by you, is automatically awarded upon completion on the platform or by uploaded by HealthCheck360.
- If the activity requires proof, select Upload proof.
- Choose from your documents, gallery, or snap a picture and tap Send Proof.
- You will be notified via email once approved.
- If the activity does not require proof, simply Mark it Done
How do I add activities to my to-do list?
- Navigate to your Program tab
- From the Available List, select your activity and tap +Add to To-Do’s
- Platform Activities are activities that automatically happen behind the scenes, no need to add to your to do list
Do I need to submit my activities as soon as they are completed?
No, as long as all of your activities are submitted by the program deadline, you can submit activities when it is convenient for you.
How do I know the status of my submission?
- Select Program
- The list of activities that are on your To Do list appear at the top
- Activities pending approval say “pending”
- Navigate down to see your completed activities, these will show as complete at the bottom
Some activities will be awarded automatically while others may be reviewed prior to moving from pending status.
