How do I update my profile and contact information in myHC360+?

Follow the steps below to update your email address and confirm your email with a new confirmation email message.

 

    • On myHC360+, select the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner.
    • Under profile, you can select "edit profile" to edit your personal information, find your company code, update your contact information such as address, email address, and phone number.
    • Update your contact information and select "save" in the upper right-hand corner.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you update your email address, you will receive a verification email. Please go to your email and open the email from support@healthcheck360.com and click the link to verify your email address (this will expire after 1 hour). myHC360+ will state your email address has been successfully confirmed!
