How do I update my profile and contact information?

Select the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Under profile, you can select "edit profile" to edit your personal information, find your company code, update your contact information such as address, email address, and phone number.
Update your contact information and select "save" in the upper right-hand corner.

How do I verify my email address?

Select the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Choose My Profile - Edit Profile.
In the Email feild, you can verfiy or change your email address.
Select "Send verification"
Go to your email address and open the email from support@healthcheck360.com and click the link to verify your email address (this will expire after 1 hour).

myHC360+ will state your email address has been successfully confirmed!

How do I change my password?

How do I delete my account?

Select the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Select Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Ensure you want to delete your account: All tracking information tied to your account will be lost and you will no longer be eligible for your company's incentive while your account is deleted. There is no way to undo this action. It may take up to 24 hours for your account to be deleted.
If you're sure you want to delete, select Delete Account.

How do I access the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy?

Select the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Select Settings.
Select Terms of Service to read our terms of service information Or select Privacy Policy to read our privacy policy statement.
