How do I update my profile and contact information?

  • Select the "person icon" in the upper right-hand corner. 
  • Your profile page is where you can update your profile photo by selecting the "pencil icon" and selecting a photo from your photo library. 
  • Under profile, you can select "edit profile" to edit your personal information, find your company code, update your contact information such as address, email address, and phone number. 
  • Update your contact information and select "save" in the upper right-hand corner. 

How do I verify my email address? 

  • Select the "person icon" in the upper right-hand corner. 
  • To verify your email address, select "Edit Profile" from your My Profile page
  • Select "Email"
  • Enter your email address in the "confirm your email" field. 
  • Select "Send verification
  • Go to your email address and open the email from support@healthcheck360.com and click the link to verify your email address (this will expire after 1 hour). 

MyHC360+ will state your email address has been successfully confirmed! 

 

How do I change my password?

  • Select the "person icon" in the upper right-hand corner. 
  • Select "Settings"
  • Select "Change password"
  • Enter your Current Password, New Password, and Confirm your New Password.
  • Select "Confirm Password

 

How do I delete my account? 

  • Select the "person icon" in the upper right-hand corner. 
  • Select "Settings"
  • Select "Delete Account
  • Ensure you want to delete your account: All tracking information tied to your account will be lost and you will no longer be eligible for your company's incentive while your account is deleted. There is no way to undo this action. It may take up to 24 hours for your account to be deleted. 
  • If you're sure you want to delete, select "Delete account

 

How do I access the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy?

  • Select the "person icon" in the upper right-hand corner. 
  • Select "Settings"
  • Select "Terms of Service" to read our terms of service information Or select "Privacy Policy" to read our privacy policy statement.
