Redeeming your Tango Gift Card
You will receive an email from email@example.com when your reward is ready
- Click on the reward link in your e-mail
- On the TangoCard website, choose your gift card - you'll see your card balance at the top of the screen
- After selecting your preferred gift card, enter the amount you would like to use
- Check out by entering your first and last name along with your e-mail address
- You will receive an e-mail from firstname.lastname@example.org with your e-gift card
Important: the e-mail address you enter will be used to receive your gift card
- Your gift cards will never expire once you have clicked on your link sent by TangoCard, except Visa Pre-paid cards that may expire after 4 months

Spending your Reward Link
Follow these steps:
- Click your Reward Link you'll be taken to a page with reward options.
- Choose an e-gift card or other reward option
- Select the value of the card (you cannot choose more than your remaining balance).
- Select "Add to Cart".
- If you have remaining balance and would like to choose another option, repeat Steps 2-4.
- Once you have selected all the e-gift cards you want, click "Checkout".
- Enter your name and your email address and check the box acknowledging the terms.
- Click "Complete My Order".
Your e-gift card(s) will arrive in your email inbox.
How to use a Visa Gift Card
These instructions are only needed if you selected a Visa Gift card as your reward
- After completing the steps listed in How Do I Receive My TangoCard Reward on the Tango website and you've selected your Visa Gift card locate your e-mail from TangoCard
- Click on the Redemption link in your TangoCard rewards e-mail to go to the Visa Pre-paid gift card site
- Once on the site you can choose to receive a virtual gift card or physical card
- Virtual card: available instantly
- Physical card : $3 deducted from your balance and card is mailed to address of your choice
- You must redeem your TangoCard email within 4 months of receiving the email

Helpful Tips from Tango
Can I Combine Two Reward Links?
At this time, you need to spend your Reward Link value independently. However, this is a requested feature and will be available in the future.
Can I Use E-Gift Cards In-Store?
Absolutely! Most electronic retail gift cards we offer can be used in-store by simply printing out the e-gift card and presenting it to the cashier. However, some retailers have special instructions for in-store use. Be sure to double-check how your retailer wants you to use your gift card in store before you go to the store.
Can I Request a Physical Gift Card Instead of an E-Gift Card?
All of our e-gift cards are delivered electronically via email within one (1) business day. We have transitioned away from physical gift cards to provide faster and more secure delivery. We can assure you, all electronic gift cards have the same functionality as a physical card.
My E-Gift Card Code/Pin Does Not Work.
For security reasons, electronic gift cards are usually sent with a code/pin. If you encounter an error when redeeming your card, this is typically the result of issues with cutting and pasting the code. Be sure there are no extra spaces added when entering the code into the retailer's activation field. If you need help, contact us.
Where can I use my Tango Card?
Tango Cards are spent on our website for premium retail gift cards or donations to charity. A current Tango gift card catalog can be found here.
Can I redeem for cash?
We have over 60 great retail gift cards and 10 non-profit donations options, but cash is not a redemption option.
Do Tango cards expire?
Most Tango Card balances never expire! The balance will remain on the card until it is redeemed for a Retail Gift Card or donated to charity.
If VISA gift cards are included in the catalog and elected, the participant has 4 months to redeem from the time the link is sent and 7 months to use the gift card wherever Visa Debit is accepted.

Where is my Tango Gift Card?
Check that your electronic gift card was not accidentally filtered to a spam/junk filter in your email. If you use Gmail, check in your Promotions folder. Our reward emails are sent from firstname.lastname@example.org.
