Information on where and when you can expect to see your screening results.
Screening results are available online within 7-10 business days of your screening.
All program participants are able to view their screening results as well as historic screening data on the their myHealthCheck360 account either on the app or at www.myhealthcheck360.com.
On the mobile app:
- Log in to your myHealthCheck360 app
- Select My Health on the bottom
- View your results
- If you wish to view past results, change the year selected at the top
On the website:
- Log in to your www.myhealthcheck360.com account
- Select My Program on the left side of the page, then Survey & Results
- You can then generate and download your report
If it has been over 10 business days since your screening appointment and you cannot see your results, please contact our support team at 866-511-0360 or support@healthcheck360.com
