Baked Salmon with Herbs and Lemon
Makes 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 16 oz. salmon (or any white fish)
- ¼ tsp. paprika
- ¼ tsp. onion powder
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp. black pepper
- ⅛ tsp. dried oregano
- ⅛ tsp. dried thyme
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 ½ Tbsp. margarine (melted)
Directions:
- If using frozen fish, thaw it in the refrigerator according to package directions.
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Separate (or cut) the fish into four pieces. Place the fish in a 13x9-inch baking pan.
- Combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, oregano and thyme in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the herb mixture and lemon juice evenly over the fish. Then, drizzle the melted margarine on top.
- Bake until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20 to 25 minutes.
