Mental Health Matters

Mental Health Awareness Week is October 6th - October 12th

The mental health of your employees is just as important as their physical health.  Use this week as a time to spread mental health awareness using our FREE educational posters.

Show your employees you care about their health by posting these educational posters around your workplace. They'll raise awareness about mental health, offer support for those who are struggling, and provide reassurance that they're not alone.

Approximately 1 in 5 adults in the U.S. struggle with their mental health.

Having a strong relationship with a primary care physician is important for your employees to addressing all health concerns, both physical and mental, but we understand that many people today don't have a primary care physician established. Our hope is that these posters will educate and motivate your population to seek help if they're in need, and provide everyone with resources to help their loved ones.
