As an Account Manager you will play an integral role in helping our clients achieve their goal of creating a healthier and more engaged workforce. Daily responsibilities include helping clients understand, implement, and utilize our world class wellness products and services. You will represent the company to our clients on a daily basis. For this reason, we are looking for several key characteristics that will be necessary to succeed in the role: outstanding communicator, highly organized, collaborative, love working with, and talking to clients, team oriented, and even keeled.
As a Member Services Coordinator, you will play an integral role in providing customer service to our Health & Wellness customers, brokers and staff. Core activities include answering all questions via phone, chat, and/or email related to HealthCheck360 products, services, and programs, assisting with tasks that may include invoicing, Physician Forms, Rewards audits, Condition Management programs, printing, and other special projects, providing feedback and presenting solutions to improve participant engagement and team efficiencies. Remote and on-site positions are available with flexible hours!

We're looking for an Account Coordinator on our Condition Management team to support the day-to-day service with participants. Qualified candidates will have strong customer service skills, are detail-oriented, and comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools.
This position is responsible for driving new revenue to HealthCheck360 and managing the client relationships by delivering high-quality wellness advice and product solutions. Each Sales Executive is responsible for managing a sales pipeline and prospecting strategy that generates leads and qualified new business opportunities. Sales Executives will be working closely with the in-house marketing team to assist on the marketing initiatives. The Sales Executive is also responsible for securing and retaining each client relationship while working in conjunction with the rest of the team.
