Participants can connect a supported device or log their steps on the myHealthCheck360 mobile app and online platform. Teams are ranked real-time on an interactive leaderboard. The challenge starts with a weekly goal of 7,000 steps per day, and over the course of 4 weeks, challenges your users to increase their daily step count ending at 10,000 steps per day.
