May Coaching Webinar | The 5 Cs of Mental Health
In today’s fast‑paced world, emotional resilience is more important than ever.
Your June well-being calendar is ready to download and share with employees. This month, we're talking about how your employees can make sustainable changes to their health through small, daily changes.
Studies show that small changes are easier to sustain. Significant changes like an entirely new diet or strenuous exercise route are harder to stick with because it's likely a change that doesn't fit with the individual's lifestyle. Small changes like eating breakfast everyday or getting just 1,000 more steps each day, on the other hand, make it more likely that people will stick to the new habit over a longer period of time because it's more do-able or a continuation of a good habit that already exists.
Share this printer-friendly calendar with your employees for easy-to-access resources and tips to make easy changes every day for better health.
