How do I update my preferences for receiving the Engage360 survey questions?
In order to update your preferred delivery type (email, text, or both) or preferred delivery time, you simply click on the “Manage Preferences” link found at the bottom of any Engage360 email or text message.

Does the survey question expire?
Yes. Each survey question will expire based on your company’s preferences. Generally, the survey question will expire after 24 hours.

Will my manager, or any other leaders within my company, be able to identify my response to any Engage360 questions?
No. Your feedback is strictly anonymous. Engage360 does not share individual survey results, and your responses will not be connected to you in any reporting provided to your company or HealthCheck360. To further ensure confidentiality, Engage360 does not generate any reports for groups with fewer than 5 people.

I am not receiving my survey via text, what could be the issue?
There are a few likely scenarios why you are not receiving your survey questions via text.
- Your cell phone number provided to Engage360 is incorrect. Please verify that the cell phone number your company has on file is valid.

If you have a cell phone number from outside the United States, your company must notify Engage360 to opt-in to each country they want to send SMS texts.

- Your cell phone cannot receive SMS texts.
- Your cell phone might have spam monitoring and is blocking texts. Text "HELP" to 96857, if you receive a reply, then your phone is available to receive texts.
- Please check the Spam/Blocked conversations within your phone's messaging app and search for "96857".
- It may be because you unsubscribed from our text messages. To start receiving them again, please text START to 96857.
If you are still having issues, please contact your Engage360 administrator who will get you setup. - Your cell phone number provided to Engage360 is incorrect. Please verify that the cell phone number your company has on file is valid.

Am I able to use Internet Explorer to complete the survey?
Engage360 is optimized for updated browsers such as Google Chrome or Safari. You may run into issues when trying to use Internet Explorer. To avoid these issues, use an updated browser such as Chrome.

Do I need to complete the survey while on vacation?
Your Engage360 questions can be postponed during your vacation based on your preference or company policy. Contact the Engage360 administrator in your organization for more information.

Who or what am I rating when I answer the overall satisfaction item? Am I rating my immediate leader, my department executive, my organization, etc.?
Think about your workplace environment, which is made up of many things. The greatest concern is whether your workplace needs are being met.

What am I supposed to rate with this survey?
Rate your current work environment. Whether you have been with your organization or in your current role for two months or 10 years, you should rate your current work environment.

What if I changed jobs during the past year? Which job should I reference when I take the survey?
Your answers should reflect the position you are in at the time of the survey.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?
You receive Engage360 emails because your organization's leadership has decided to use Engage360 as a way to gather 100% anonymous feedback from users. We encourage you to reach out to your leadership team executive or colleagues to learn more about Engage360’s purpose and how the information is used. If you still wish to be removed from receiving future email surveys, you can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of each survey email. (Note: Your company’s Engage360 administrator is able to see individual subscription status information.)
