Exercising in the Summer Sun

The first day of summer is quickly approaching, and much of the country has already been experiencing summer weather. Take advantage of all the fun ways to get active outdoors this season. Explore new trails in your community or go swimming with your kids. Whatever you decide to do, make sure to protect yourself and your family from the heat and summer sun.
