More than a third of American adults aren't getting enough sleep, according to a new study from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). 

A lack of sleep can lead to fatigue, often resulting in reduced productivity at work or unsafe driving conditions. In addition to that, a CDC study linked chronic lack of sleep to health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and depression.
