Warm-up/cardio:

    • Walk-in place
    • Progressions
      • Walking high knees, Run in place, Running high knees, Jumping jacks

Upper body:

    • Bicep Curls
    • Tricep extensions
    • Shoulder presses

Lower body

    • Squats
    • Lunges

Core/back

    • Overhead circles
    • Side bends
    • Bent over row

Balance

    • One leg stands
    • Progressions
      • Leg circles, Side/back leg raises

Stretching

    • Cross-body shoulder stretch
    • Overhead triceps stretch with side bend
    • Quadriceps stretch
    • Hamstring stretch
