Support Employees with COVID-19 Symptoms [webinar]

The EEOC is allowing employers to check symptoms, temperatures, and testing that we believe can substantially reduce the risks associated with protecting essential employees and reopening the workplace, when implemented with the appropriate company policy.

Episode 3 of HealthCheck360's 4-part webinar series on COVID-19 Workplace Solutions covers how Care Management can support employees with COVID-19 related symptoms.  HealthCheck360's Jessica Mandot and Trent Tangen walked attendees through the regulatory compliance necessary for employers to support their health when they present COVID-19 related symptoms.  

This webinar covers three main components of COVID-19 symptom monitoring:

Daily Symptom Tracker: Based on employee-reported symptoms, this tracker aggregates employee data and informs them if they are safe to report to work or stay at home.   

Single Outreach: Ensure participants with COVID-19 related symptoms understand their "positive symptom" outcome and what steps they should take next. 

Care Management: Monitoring participants with COVID-19 related symptoms 2-3 business days after initial outreach to ensure participant contacted their provider and review an established treatment plan.
