Add some spice to your pumpkin seeds with this spicy toasted pumpkin seeds recipe! You will need:
1 cup pumpkin seeds, rinsed and dry
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 ounce olive oil
Directions:
- Preheat over to 375° degrees
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well coated
- Spread on a cooking sheet and bake until toasted and slightly brown, about 15-20 minutes
Be sure to keep an eye on the pumpkin seeds while they are baking to make sure they don't burn!
