The Art of Mindful Eating

The Art of Mindful Eating

Mindful eating focuses on being present and aware of one's feelings, thoughts, physical sensations, and environment during meals. Taking time to be mindful of your eating process and not focusing on restricting calories could enhance your awareness of the experience, improve your relationship with food and help you lose weight.

This may sound simple, but it takes practice! Check out this month's Live Well, Work Well newsletter for great tips on mindful eating. Be sure to contact your HealthCheck360 Health Coach if you need additional help or guidance on mindful eating or general eating habits.
