If there were a quick practice you could do anywhere, anytime to relieve your stress, clear your mind, and leave you feeling present and refreshed, would you do it? I certainly would!
It might surprise you, but meditation can do all of that, and more. Stay with me, because it's not as difficult or scary as you may think, I promise!
Guided meditations allows you to be still with your thoughts, while a calming voice guides you through the process. It doesn't have to take long and with practice, you can do it on your own anywhere, anytime. So dive in and enjoy everything meditation has to offer.
Here are three guided meditations to get you started.
Breathe: A guided meditation focused on the power of breathing. Length: 3 minutes
Happiness: A guided meditation to release negative energy and lift your mind. Length: 3 minutes
Body Scan: A guided meditation designed to release tension, leaving you feeling relaxed and energized. Length: 7 minutes
If you've never tried meditation before, give it a shot. The first two are three minutes long. It won't cost you anything but a little bit of time, and the results might just surprise you.
