Every year around this time the topic of New Year's Resolutions comes up in our coaching conversations with participants. While the new year can be a great motivator to get started, we want to ensure you're successful. Unfortunately, the new calendar doesn't automatically mean the changes you start will stick.

What’s the mistake people make? Spoiler alert: we tend to start with taking action before we have prepared our mind. Change, by definition, requires effort and typically involves a level of discomfort. Start with small changes that build self-confidence and train yourself to practice self-discipline.
