Cooking for a crowd can be a great way to meal-prep for your own family, or to share meals with friends and neighbors.
One of my favorite ways to meal-prep is to do a meal sharing with friends! We each pick a recipe and make enough for each person in the group to get a meal. When we're done, we swap our meals and end up with an awesome variety, ready for eating now or the freezer. The benefit is you are only making one meal, but get a bunch of different ones in the end. Plush, buying in bulk and when in-season fruits and veggies are on sale is a perk for your budget!
Here are a few of my favorite recipes to use for meal-prepping and sharing.
